A: Upon successfully securing a block at Faldo Court, you will receive the trust account bank details of Bellarine Property to facilitate the required deposit. We accept EFT or Bank Cheque.

Q: What deposit amount is required to secure a block?
A: To secure a lot at Faldo Court, a 10% deposit is required.

Q: When are titles expected to be ready?
A: Anticipated titles ready by October 2024.

Q: When do I have to pay the full amount for the land?
A: Full payment is due upon settlement.

Q: What are the owner’s corporation fees in 13th Beach?

A: No, there are not. The Design Guidelines allow for a single dwelling on each lot or a single dwelling across two (or more) lots.
